Our Services are intended for businesses and professionals, specifically CPA firms, accounting firms, and related professional service providers. By using our Services, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your firm and enter into agreements on its behalf.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary to deliver Services
- Use our Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access provided
- Notify InnerPC promptly of any suspected security incidents or unauthorized access
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for Services are outlined in your specific service agreement or proposal. Payment terms, billing cycles, and any applicable late fees will be specified at the time of engagement. InnerPC reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
6. Service Availability

Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including Microsoft Azure infrastructure), and other factors beyond our control may affect availability. Specific uptime commitments, if any, will be outlined in your service agreement.
7. Data Ownership and Use
All client data, files, and business records remain the property of the client. InnerPC accesses and processes client data solely to deliver contracted Services and does not claim ownership over any client data, financial records, or business information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the InnerPC website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of InnerPC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnerPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, except as otherwise specified in a signed service agreement.
10. Termination
InnerPC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as outlined in your service agreement. Clients may terminate services according to the terms specified in their individual agreement.

Our Services may rely on third-party platforms, including Microsoft Azure. InnerPC is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues arising from third-party providers, though we will work to minimize any impact on your firm.
12. Compliance Disclaimer
While InnerPC’s cybersecurity and data protection solutions are designed to support compliance with regulations such as the FTC Safeguards Rule, ultimate regulatory compliance responsibility rests with the client. InnerPC does not provide legal advice, and clients should consult their own legal counsel regarding compliance obligations.
13. Governing Law
